"Don Martin Three was from St. Augustine, FL, and other than that, there's not much more info on them. Judging from when their records were released (and what else I can remember), they were alive from '93ish to '96ish.
It is rumored that Colin recorded his vocals for the LP as a bit of a joke, poking fun at the more contrived "singing" of emo bands at the time [...].
It was also rumored that Jason Teisinger (of Palatka/Belladonna records) planned to re-release the LP remixed with the corrected vocals, but this dispelled by Jason himself. Read more on Last.fm
