drawing at the San Francisco Art Institute. After moving to New York, she formed the soft-metal group,Metallic Falcons, with Sierra Casady. Following their 2006 release, Desert Doughnuts (Voodoo Eros), Baim moved to Los Angeles. Here she wrote and recorded music for her first solo record, Death of the Sun (DiCristina/ Revolver USA). Baim soon returned to New York and began writing the album, Laughing Boy. Recorded on the south side of Chicago, it was released in April 2009 (DiCristina/ Revolver USA). Read more on Last.fm
