Die Hardcore/ Screamo/ Emo Band Ophilia entstand im Frühling 2008 in Uppsala, Schweden. Innerhalb weniger Monate einigten sie sich auf einen Stil und haben im Sommer 2008 ihre erste Demo (Regrets) aufgenommen. Die Demo enthält folgende Songs, die auch auf der Myspace-Seite zu hören sind:
