The Chariot war eine christliche Metalcore-Band, die dem Mathcore zugerechnet wurde. Band und Diskografie: In Douglasville, Georgia 2003 wurde "The Chariot" vom Ex-Norma Jean Sänger Josh Scogin ins Leben gerufen. Nach ihrem ersten full length "Everything Is Alive, Everything Is Breathing, Nothing Is Dead, and Nothing Is Bleeding (2004, Solid State Records)" folgte im Jahre 2005 zunächst die "Unsung"-EP auf welcher sich auch ein neu aufgenommener Song des ersten Albums befindet.
